half jog
I think that was an ok jog/walk coming from an inactive daily routine. as per step counter, I did 10,000 more than my daily average of around 4,000. that’s the daily target in a bit more than 2 hours. I need to improve my pace, and stamina, though. and schedule my meals and prayers. I have yet to have dinner.
I got through that jog pretty well. that could count as a success for my cause. I hope my best will be back on track to being well. yosh. I need to go running not just for the milo marathon. gotta run for fun.
